FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Minimums may vary by product and production method. Tell us what you need and we’ll let you know what works for that project.
DO YOU LIST CUSTOM PRICES ONLINE?
Not yet. Custom pricing depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, artwork needs, shipping and other project details. Each project is reviewed before it is quoted.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN HATS?
Yes. RIGSTAMP can quote hats, apparel, decals and stickers, drinkware, vehicle graphics, engraved or personalized goods and multi-item projects.
CAN YOU HELP IF MY ARTWORK ISN’T READY?
Yes. Let us know what you have when you submit your quote request. Artwork that needs rebuilding, cleanup or production setup may require an art or setup fee.
HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER?
The earlier the better. If you have a firm event or deadline, include it in your initial quote request. Projects with deadlines inside roughly seven weeks of first contact may have fewer sourcing or production options and cannot always be accommodated.
CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN AFTER I APPROVE IT?
Changes after proof approval may require a new setup and can affect pricing, committed materials and delivery timing.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
PRODUCTION-READY VECTOR ART
Preferred formats are AI, EPS or SVG, or a PDF containing live vector artwork.

Text should be converted to outlines and strokes expanded. Production-ready files should not rely on linked or embedded raster images, live effects or clipping masks.
NON-PRODUCTION-READY VECTOR ART
JPG, PNG and other raster images, screenshots, social-media graphics and PDFs that simply contain placed raster artwork are not considered production-ready vector files.

That does not mean we can’t work with them. Additional artwork cleanup, rebuilding or setup may be required before production.
ARTWORK RIGHTS + PROTECTED MARKS
You must have the right to use the artwork you provide. RIGSTAMP may decline, pause or stop projects that appear to infringe another party’s trademark, copyright or other rights.

Written authorization may be required for government, law-enforcement, fire/EMS, search-and-rescue, institutional or similar protected marks.

RIGSTAMP does not reproduce protected logos, names, vehicle manufacturer/model/trims, recognizable grille designs, sports-team marks or entertainment intellectual property without appropriate authorization.
SENDING ARTWORK
Artwork upload is not currently part of the quote form. Tell us your artwork status when you submit your request, and we’ll provide instructions for sending files when we follow up.
