These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RIGSTAMP website and your interactions with RIGSTAMP, including quote requests, custom projects, and purchases where available.
By using this website, submitting a quote request, approving a custom project, or purchasing a product or service from RIGSTAMP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
ABOUT RIGSTAMP
RIGSTAMP is a Texas-based business offering custom hats and goods for businesses, crews, clubs, organizations, events, off-road groups, and other customers, along with made-to-order RIGSTAMP Originals.
These Terms apply to website use and general business interactions. Additional project-specific terms, quotes, invoices, proofs, policies, or written agreements may also apply to individual orders. If project-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the project-specific terms will control for that order.
WEBSITE USE
You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about RIGSTAMP, submitting quote requests, contacting us, and purchasing available products or services.
You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or misleading information, violate another person’s rights, or engage in unlawful activity.
RIGSTAMP may restrict or discontinue access to the website or particular features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or business purposes.
QUOTE REQUESTS AND CUSTOM PROJECTS
Submitting a quote request does not place an order, reserve production time, guarantee availability, or create a binding agreement.
Custom pricing depends on factors that may include product selection, quantity, decoration method, artwork requirements, material availability, production requirements, shipping, and project timing.
A custom project moves forward only after RIGSTAMP confirms the project details, pricing, payment requirements, and any other applicable terms.
Quotes may expire or require revision if product costs, availability, quantities, artwork, specifications, or other project details change.
ARTWORK, PROOFS, AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, artwork, placement, quantities, and other project details before approving a proof or production specifications.
Production will be based on the approved project details.
Changes requested after proof approval may require additional artwork, setup, materials, production time, and fees. A significant post-approval design change may be treated as a new setup.
RIGSTAMP is not responsible for errors that appeared in an approved proof unless RIGSTAMP produces the item differently from the approved specifications.
ARTWORK RIGHTS AND PROTECTED MARKS
By submitting artwork, logos, names, photographs, graphics, trademarks, or other materials to RIGSTAMP, you represent that you own the materials or have permission and authority to use them for the requested project.
RIGSTAMP may decline, suspend, or stop a project if we reasonably believe the requested artwork or product may violate intellectual-property rights, licensing requirements, laws, regulations, or applicable policies.
RIGSTAMP does not produce unauthorized designs using protected sports-team marks, entertainment properties, vehicle-manufacturer branding or distinctive protected vehicle elements, or other third-party intellectual property when proper authorization is not provided.
Written authorization is required for official fire, EMS, law-enforcement, search-and-rescue, government, or institutional marks and may be requested for other protected artwork.
The customer remains responsible for the authorization and lawful use of customer-supplied materials.
ARTWORK AND SETUP FEES
Artwork, design, digitizing, setup, or similar preparation fees may apply depending on the project.
Unless RIGSTAMP agrees otherwise in writing, artwork and setup fees compensate RIGSTAMP for work performed and are non-refundable once that work has begun.
Payment of an artwork or setup fee does not automatically transfer ownership of RIGSTAMP-created production files, digitized embroidery files, templates, processes, or other internal production assets unless expressly agreed in writing.
PAYMENTS AND PRODUCTION
Payment requirements will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, checkout, or project agreement.
RIGSTAMP may require a deposit or full payment before ordering materials or beginning production.
Production does not begin until all required approvals and payments have been received.
The customer is responsible for costs associated with materials or services already ordered, produced, committed, or otherwise incurred for an approved custom project.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Because custom products are produced specifically for the customer, cancellation options become limited once artwork work, material sourcing, purchasing, or production has begun.
If a custom project is cancelled after RIGSTAMP has committed materials, services, artwork work, or other costs, the customer remains responsible for those committed costs.
Any cancellation, refund, credit, or change will be determined based on the stage of the project and the written terms provided for that order.
Retail products, including RIGSTAMP Originals, may be subject to a separate return or refund policy displayed on the website or during checkout.
PRODUCTION TIMES AND DEADLINES
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless RIGSTAMP specifically agrees to a guaranteed deadline in writing.
Timing may be affected by artwork readiness, proof approval, product availability, supplier lead times, quantity, production method, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, equipment issues, and other circumstances.
Customers with a firm event date or deadline should provide that information during the initial quote request. Some custom projects may require approximately seven weeks or more from first contact, and shorter timelines may not be available.
RIGSTAMP may decline a project when the requested timeline cannot reasonably be met.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND VARIATIONS
Product availability may change without notice.
Custom projects may depend on inventory from third-party blank-product suppliers, decorators, manufacturers, printers, shipping carriers, and other production partners.
If an approved product becomes unavailable, RIGSTAMP may propose a comparable substitute. Material substitutions affecting an approved custom project will not be made without customer approval when reasonably practicable.
Colors displayed on screens may vary from physical products. Minor variations may also occur in fabrics, patches, engraving, printing, embroidery, handmade or personalized components, and other production processes.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times may vary by project or order.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service has specifically been purchased and confirmed.
RIGSTAMP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, inaccurate customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside RIGSTAMP’s reasonable control.
Customers should notify RIGSTAMP promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect so the issue can be reviewed.
RIGSTAMP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RIGSTAMP name, logos, branding, original designs, website content, graphics, photographs, written content, and other materials created by RIGSTAMP are owned by or licensed to RIGSTAMP unless otherwise stated.
Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, copy, modify, sell, distribute, or commercially use RIGSTAMP intellectual property without prior written permission.
Customer ownership of customer-supplied artwork is not affected by this section.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may use or link to third-party services, including website hosting, payment processors, suppliers, shipping providers, social-media platforms, and other services.
RIGSTAMP does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or independent actions of third-party websites or services.
DISCLAIMER
RIGSTAMP makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but product information, availability, prices, timelines, website content, and other information may change.
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or other professional advice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RIGSTAMP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the website or a product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For claims relating to a particular paid order, RIGSTAMP’s liability will not exceed the amount paid to RIGSTAMP for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection or other laws require otherwise.
